The difference

what drives us and distinguishes us

Solvency

We have the financial capacity required to start large projects. Healthy accounts that have never been in the red and a team willing to address the most complex projects.

Bankability

The most recognised major banks and financial firms in the world support Solaer Group’s bankability, as shown by all the projects that we have developed and that we are currently working on.

Deadlines

We are obsessed with them. The periods for connecting the installations to the network are always very tight, which makes us very demanding on the deadlines of all the intermediate stages.

ISO 9001:2008

Quality management is ensured by the international ISO 9001: 2008 standard certification No. ES08 / 5643 from SGS ICS Ibérica which we have maintained successfully and without interruption since July 2008.

Accumulated revenues (USD million)

From 2008 and until the end of 2014 we obtained revenues totalling nearly one billion dollars, our next challenge!

2008-2014: 879 M$

Photovoltaic systems built on the ground with high quality and maximum efficiency materials

Solaer Group’s DNA is in each of our projects. Each facility is left with our defining fingerprint. We take care of all the processes necessary for putting the facility into operation, from finding the most optimum places to the operation and maintenance. We are able to add value at every stage. Our team of professionals works in coordination to provide the most imaginative solutions to the most complex challenges. There is always a new challenge out there that drives us to meet new goals, each one more ambitious than the last.

We act vertically throughout the whole process: we promote, develop, build, operate and maintain PV projects holistically. Our facilities are calculated to guarantee a nominal return over 25 years, although they will certainly last longer. After this period, the period may be extended or the area is restored to its previous condition. All of our solar installations are always reversible. Once the period has finalised, the infrastructure can be dismantled so that the impact on the area will be nonexistent.

We generate hundreds of thousands of MWh of clean and sustainable energy avoiding the emission of millions of tons of CO2 into the atmosphere. We are aware that we compete with other energy sources, we are sure that the future is renewable or it isn’t. We are renewable, but above all we are profitable. The reduction in prices of the photovoltaic modules means that we can compete equally with other energy sources. We are proud to be a leader in a sector in which, while offering profitabilty to our customers, helps to leave a better world for our children. Download our brochure.

How we do it

We develop turnkey projects, adding value at each stage

Project identification

Legislative analysis · Financial Feasibility Study · Land / Cover Analysis · Technical Feasibility Study · Analysis of Local Features

Licence Development

General Impact Studies · Permits and Authorisations · Health and Safety Studies

Promotion

Evaluation of financing alternatives · Manage resources for the vertical integration of all processes · Connection with capital markets

EPC

Development of engineering projects · Detailed engineering and construction · Material supply · Construction with local contractors

Connection and commissioning

Coordination with utilities · Connection within deadline

O&M

Remote monitoring · Preventive and corrective maintenance · Regular inspections · Administrative services · Bio-maintenance · Local team involvement

O&M

We monitor the facilities every day so that they offer the maximum profitability

We guarantee maximum security and availability of your PV system. We have remote monitoring systems that control the most significant parameters. We carry out preventive periodic reviews that allow us to anticipate possible failures and performance faults.

We guarantee the proper functioning of the facilities to maximise their life cycle and ensure optimum performance.

We provide administrative services to facilitate the management of the legal requirements that the owners must meet. We facilitate the coexistence of land photovoltaic systems with livestock grazing pastures. Sheep graze below many of our modules and contribute to maintaining the vegetation in a clean state. This symbiosis makes the land utilisation model even more sustainable for its owners.

We involve local teams of specialists in order to address any issues with the utmost speed, contributing to the development of the region. We manage the supply chain for spare parts such as modules, inverters, cables and other mechanical components when necessary.
